- The condition, and whether there has been surgery
- Which area you live in
- Whether a doctor has already recommended physiotherapy
- If you are already with us, the name of the patient
A doctor or hospital
- Your speciality and where you practise
- Roughly how many discharges a month would need physiotherapy at home
- Whether you want a representative at your discharge desk
- Anything you would need to see before referring anyone
A physiotherapist
- Your qualification — BPT or MPT — and registration number
- The areas you can reach comfortably
- Your experience with post-operative and home-based care
- How many visits a week you are looking for
If it is a medical emergency
Do not message us. Call your doctor or your nearest hospital. We deliver physiotherapy on a schedule — we are not an emergency service and we cannot respond like one.
