From the discharge desk to the last session
No app to download. No form to fill at home. No password. Here is the whole thing, in order.
Day 0 · at the hospital
We meet you before you leave
- Our person sits at a desk outside your doctor's cabin.
- Name, number, age, condition, area. Ten minutes.
- Your address comes from you, not your doctor — they rarely have it.
- Your doctor's suggestion on sessions per week is recorded and used.
Day 0 · before you go
You answer four questions
- Service, doctor updates, storing health data, anonymised research.
- Separate yes or no for each. None ticked in advance.
- Say no to any and the rest still stand.
- Change your mind later from your link, or by calling.
Within a day
A plan and a physio
- A goal in plain words, the number of sessions, and how often.
- Every session gets a date and time at once — you see the whole course.
- Your physio's name, photo and qualification, before they arrive.
- If someone covers a session, you see the change before the doorbell.
Every session
The visit itself
- Logged on the physio's phone while it happens, in your room.
- Pain before and after, plus one movement measurement.
- You tap to confirm at the end.
- Not home? Marked missed with the reason, not counted, rescheduled.
Every evening
Your doctor is updated
- One PDF covering every patient of theirs seen that day.
- Individual sessions do not interrupt them.
- Anything flagged reaches them immediately instead.
At the end
A closing summary
- What was done and how the numbers moved, for you and your doctor.
- Stopping early? The summary still goes out, showing where you reached.
Your phone, not a portal
Every update arrives where you already are. The physio's app is the only thing anyone signs into, and that is not you.
Live outside Koramangala, HSR Layout, Indiranagar? We still take the referral, mark it out of area, and come back to you honestly about whether we can staff it.
